Retirement Plans and Other Benefits
CPG offers these retirement plans to clergy and lay employees of The Episcopal Church:
For Clergy

For Lay Employees

Clergy participating in the Clergy Pension Plan may be eligible for other benefits such as the post-retirement medical subsidy, disability benefits and the child benefit. Lay employees may be eligible for disability insurance that CPG makes available to Church employers, as well as other benefits outlined in the lay employee section above.
CPG also supports the retirement readiness of our members with complimentary financial education conversations, online courses, and other tools and resources.
