About Annual Enrollment
The Episcopal Church Medical Trust holds Annual Enrollment each fall to give you the opportunity to:
- Compare your current health plans with the available options
- Select the plans that best meet your needs for the upcoming year
- Add or remove covered dependents
It's time to enroll in health benefits for 2025!
Important Dates
| Active Employees and pre-65 Retirees | Wednesday, October 16 – Friday, November 15 |
| Retirees (Medicare eligible post-65 former employees) | Wednesday, October 23 – Friday, November 22 |
How to Enroll
Use your MyCPG Accounts email and password to log in during your Annual Enrollment session.

The enrollment site will be available beginning October 16.
