Ms. Ebens is Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. She is responsible for human resources, facilities, and corporate sustainability. She joined CPG in 2024.

Before joining CPG, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Omnicom Health Group, where her leadership was marked by her ability to manage significant change and drive employee engagement and retention across multiple regions.

Ms. Ebens started her career as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, after which she joined Pfizer Pharmaceutical’s strategic planning group, where she served multiple stints as chief of staff to senior executives. While at Pfizer, she partnered closely with human resources, developing a keen interest in driving business results through people management. Following this, she became a human resources leader at Marsh, guiding the leadership team of a global business unit on people matters.

She holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics from Amherst College.
